In addition, we used video to help our SERPs. Many YouTube video that we produced included in the title “New Epic Media”, which served to protect our search listings.

We also have worked very hard to use social media to defend our reputation online. Not only do we get to respond immediately to any perceived negative feedback online, but we also are able to use those same social media profiles to occupy top spots in the search results. This builds a strong fortification against any potentially negative and undeserved attacks in the future.
